30-second recap

Parliament Square, London

I'm still playing catch up at work (and sleep), so I haven't managed to sift through all the photos yet...or have some developed. [Annoyingly enough, my camera battery died on the second to last day and I had to resort to a disposable camera (and yes, they still make those).] Until I can get around to a full-fledged, proper post, here's a sneak peak:

Leeds Castle, County Kent

Inverness, Scotland

Elgin Cathedral, Scotland

Glen Coe, Scotland

Suffice it to say that we had an amazing time.

Found your gorgeous blog through Green Street and I was literally breathless at the first picture. Then I scrolled down only to find photos as equally amazing. Your blog's a wonderful find and I can't wait to read more!

I feel for you on the disposable cameras... I got married in 2000 when not everyone had digital yet - and we actually used the leftover cameras from our wedding tables for our Honeymoon. Hit or miss at best - and grainy! It's like looking at a photo album from the '60s. Oh well - 2000 is vintage by now, right?

Love these images! Can't wait to see more.

Welcome Back! So excited to hear about your trip. I can't believe you went to Glen Coe, Scotland! That is where my husband and I spent part of our honeymoon! We also went to the Isle of Skye in Scotland. Looking forward to seeing your pictures!

I love European vacations... Living there, not so much. My after 6:00PM trips to the grocery store for ice cream seem to suffer when I lived there.

Thanks for sharing your photos. Can't wait to hear about your trip. Did you make it up to Dornoch, north of Inverness? I'm heading there in July. What did you wear for an outer coat?

Tell me those are the pics you snapped before your camera died? Otherwise, I need to go get a disposable and stop wasting my time with my cumbersome camera! I studied in England and regret not having taken the time to visit Scotland. These pics have me itching to visit!
