High versus Low: Pop Quiz Time!
It's been a while, so I thought it was time for another pop quiz. One of these mirrored-top tray tables costs $699. The other, $69.99. Can you tell the difference? Place your votes below and I'll let you know the answer tomorrow!
Update: The majority is right. Table A is the Mirrored-Top Tray Table from Horchow and retails for $699. Table B is the Country Living tray side table from Kmart and is currently on sale for $69.99. Sometimes it absolutely pays to shop around!

I'm guessing table two is the bargain, only bec. of the background. I love both of the tables! Crazy to pay so much when you just know a knock-off is out there somewhere.
FUN! I love trying to figure out stuff like this...I'd say the top table is the high version, only due to the pattern along the edges of the tray being more detailed. The bases look identical. Regardless, I spend the $69 and walk away with a big smile on my face! Janell
Hmmm this one is hard. I'm guessing A is the pricey one, because the line where the mirror meets the wood is so tight. On the bottom one, there appears to be a bit of a gap. But I could be totally wrong. Fun quiz! Bring 'em on!
Averill I already know the answer because I remember when this was posted and I still am in awe of the less expensive one. Love it!! I won't cheat so it will be interesting to see how it comes out. Have a great day!! Kathysue

Averill, thanks for the visit. I know aren't they fun. I actually had spotted that fabric on a pillow way before I set out to do the playroom in fact remember my new crush color? Kelly green. This is in that family and I was beyond thrilled when I found it. Now for the best part, HOMEGOODS. I died and was almost doing the happy dance when it worked and then the linen fabric pillow was another Happy Dance moment. They put these out awhile ago but they still had a lot of them at my HG. I only know the answer b/c I did a post on them when they made the rounds. They are so similar aren't they? You'd be crazy to pay the "high".....unless you didn't know what to do with your $$ I suppose. Fun post.

I'm in the minority, I think they look almost identical, although the top seems more square!

Okay I voted though I knew the answer. Is that cheating? But this was so fun I got all caught up in it! And I'll admit that even though I knew the answer I did a double take...

The K-Mart table floored me when I first saw it a few weeks back. Such a high-emd look for a low-budget cost!

I'm thinking A is the higher-end one because the detailing is a bit more fine, and the styling looks a little higher end. ?? :)
Love this! I said Table A, but they look pretty much the same to me.
I opted for A - thinking the more ornate design would be more costly to produce. Eeek...hope I'm right?!!

Wow, that is a huge price difference! With two little kids, I would go for the one at Kmart!

I could tell the first one was more expensive from the small details but at that price difference who cares!
